LouLou Donaldson

Lou is the Director of the nationally honored management team at TLC Caregivers. In business since 1989, Lou Donaldson joined TLC Caregivers in 2003 as the Director of Human Resources.

As a previous Liaison with the Exceptional Student Education Department with the local school district, Lou advocated for and educated families on issues of navigating everything from education plans to 504 rights/responsibilities.

Her business education in Northwest Florida nourished her love of the area and led her to, along with her husband, raise and educate their family in North Escambia County.

KennyKenny Holt

Kenny is the Community Resource Educator for TLC Caregivers in Pensacola. Kenny is retired from the U.S. Navy where he served both as enlisted and a commissioned officer in administration, personnel, legal, public affairs, personal financial responsibilities, and counseling.  During his Navy career he served onboard five submarines, two nuclear power training commands, a reserve center, one surface ship, and retired from the Navy at Naval Aviation Schools Command, Naval Air Station Pensacola in 2000.  He then worked for the local non-profit Council on Aging of West Florida (COAWFLA) serving Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties and left there as the Vice President of Social and Community Services after 12 years in 2013.   Kenny was then the Executive Director of the Northwest Florida Branch of Humana Eldercare serving the four counties of the panhandle (Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton) until November 2015.

Kenny earned Associate’s and Bachelor’s Degrees from Columbia College of Missouri through their extended studies program while stationed throughout the United States and deployed.  He is an artist and author having had art and written articles published throughout the United States.  Kenny was selected as the statewide 2002 Florida Aging Services Provider (FASP) Case Manager of the Year, has been a WEAR TV 3 Angel In Our Midst for case management with the COAWFLA, was recognized by then Governor Jeb Bush at the opening session of the 2003 Florida Conference on Aging, and was the Director of the Social Services Unit of the COAWFLA selected as the 2006 Case Manager of the year for FASP.  Kenny is and has been involved in our community through Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties with various networks, committees, and groups.  He was greatly involved with hurricane, flood, ice storm recovery in the local community for the agencies he worked with and through community action/efforts.  TLC Caregivers is very pleased to have Kenny onboard to assist with education in our local community regarding services and programs available, including TLC Caregivers solutions.

TLC Caregivers cares for PEOPLE – birth to geriatric; children, disabled adults, elderly, Family Caregivers.   TLC Caregivers is the area’s oldest non-medical in-home provider of services having been established in 1989!  We provide needed in-home non-medical services such as companion, respite, homemaking, bathing assistance, errand running, dressing & toileting assistance with a personalized plan; short term, long term, or one time.  Some companions provide transportation and can be included in your or your loved one’s specialized plan.  We empower independence in one’s own living environment and assist in preventing or delaying nursing home placement.  We have private pay options and work with area non-profits with funding sources.   Our agency is licensed by AHCA, Florida’s Agency for Healthcare Administration, we are bonded and insured, and we are a Drug Free Company!  TLC Caregiver employees are actual employees with W-2’s, NOT 1099’s.   Call us when you need us!  We answer our phones 24 hours per day, every day.
